As much as AI is helping me automate and scale, I’m still human, and last week there was no Real Estate AI FEED drop, and I missed my Wednesday drop this week.

I was teaching last week and had some fires to put out, but I'm back at it again. Maybe next week, I will drop two feeds; let’s see ...

6. Fake AI Zillow Reviews Now 24% of Total, Study Says

A study by Originality.ai warns that nearly one in four reviews on Zillow were likely generated by AI. I think there will be many businesses that deploy guardrails against fighting fake AI-generated content in the future. Interesting. Read more here.

Shaipes.ai's prototype utilizes AI for layout and foam-panel construction, but the visuals exaggerate the landscaping. It's a matter of time before Architects and designers enter a new landscape (no pun intended) of how they will integrate AI into their industry. A home can be designed with a prompt.
